Any misuse of our service or our staff will result in the refusal of service. Our drivers only transport your order and no other products. Your order is binding as soon as you click on "Submit".

Our drivers' vehicles are equipped with security cameras and are tracked via GPS from our security center. Our drivers have the right to refuse service if necessary.

We deliver to residential addresses, your workplace, hotels or any other location you require. Addresses and contact numbers are pre-verified. Our drivers wear uniforms but drive in unmarked vehicles. They are regularly and anonymously monitored by our trained security staff to ensure best practices.

Deliveries are packaged in camouflaged pharmaceutical boxes, and the marijuana contents are sealed in vacuum-sealed bags made of aluminum-clad Mylar, ensuring the utmost discretion and security during transport.

Your product will be packed in three layers, hermetically sealed, and shipped in a neutral envelope or a simple postal box. This procedure ensures maximum discretion and protection of the contents during shipping. We attach great importance to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and discreetly.

We offer free shipping for orders over 300 euros. Take advantage of this benefit to save even more on larger purchases. We look forward to being able to offer you this added value.

If you order before 15pm Monday to Saturday, your order will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 00pm will be dispatched the following working day after 15pm. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email the same day. We do not have fixed times for dispatch!

No packages are shipped on Sundays and public holidays! We ask for your understanding and will endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

All our packages are sent with a tracking code so that you can track your shipment at any time and know exactly when it will be delivered. This allows you to plan reliably and gives you certainty about the status of your order at all times.

In rare cases, a package may not be delivered. If the tracking code does not show any updates after 7 days, please do not hesitate to inform us via the contact form. Do not forget to include your order number.

Once a package is marked as "delivered", it CANNOT be sent again! We ask for your understanding and are happy to answer any further questions you may have.
