General Information
Definitely not! To visit the website, register and shop on psydera.eu you must be at least 18 years old. Your age may also be verified by the delivery staff by performing identity and age verification upon delivery.
Although we always strive to ensure prompt delivery of your packages, delays may occasionally occur. We understand that in such cases you would like to know more about the status of your package.
If you have not received your package four days after the shipping date (not the order date!), please contact us with your order number. We will be happy to resend your order once free of charge. We ask for your understanding and patience in this situation.
All photos on our website are authentic and were taken specifically for our products. The images reflect exactly what you will receive when you place an order. There may be slight variations in the shape of the product, however what you see on the website is what you will ultimately receive. We guarantee that the representations of our products are true to reality.
We only offer international shipping to the following countries: Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Poland and Switzerland. Unfortunately, shipping to other countries is currently not possible! We ask for your understanding and are happy to answer any further questions you may have.
Before you contact us, we would like to ask you to first visit our FAQ page. There is a high probability that you will already find an answer to your question there. If your question is not listed there, you can contact us at any time via our contact page. We are happy to be there for you and help you.
Ordering
We understand that you may want to be cautious when ordering. For this reason, we have not set a minimum order value. This allows you to order our products without obligation and according to your own needs.
It may happen that a product is temporarily unavailable and therefore cannot be ordered. As soon as the product is back in stock, it will be available to order again. We thank you for your understanding and will endeavour to offer you our products again as soon as possible.
As soon as you add 28 grams or more of a strain (cannabis or hashish) to your cart, the discount is automatically activated. Enjoy our volume discounts and save on larger orders.
Unfortunately, this is not possible! All orders are delivered exclusively by our delivery partners. We use this procedure to guarantee you a reliable and secure shipping service.
Payment
For privacy reasons, you can only pay for your order using cryptocurrency or bank transfer. For more information, see the "Pay with crypto" option. We value your privacy and therefore offer you secure payment methods.
As mentioned above, we accept direct payments by bank transfer, but not by credit card. This measure is to ensure the security and confidentiality of our transactions. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
You can use any broker you have an account with. We're just using Bitpanda as an example, but the choice of broker depends entirely on your personal preferences, such as costs and ease of use. We want to give you the freedom to choose the option that works best for you.
Once you have placed an order and completed the checkout process, you have a maximum of 2 hours to pay for your order. If your payment is received later, please contact us. We are at your disposal to ensure that your order is processed correctly.
Please first check that your payment has been sent from your own wallet or broker account and is no longer marked as pending.
If your payment is no longer pending, please check if you sent the total amount plus transaction fees. Brokers like Binance always deduct transaction fees from the withdrawn amount. If you only transferred the amount of your order, that's where the problem lies.
If this is the case, please contact us and clearly state your order number. We will then adjust your order and process it manually.
As soon as you have transferred the total amount of your order, you will shortly receive a confirmation email in your inbox. We thank you for your trust and will ensure that you are always informed about the status of your order.
Send
Your product will be packed in three layers, hermetically sealed, and shipped in a neutral envelope or a simple postal box. This procedure ensures maximum discretion and protection of the contents during shipping. We attach great importance to ensuring that your order reaches you safely and discreetly.
We offer free shipping for orders over 300 euros. Take advantage of this benefit to save even more on larger purchases. We look forward to being able to offer you this added value.
If you order before 15pm Monday to Saturday, your order will be dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 00pm will be dispatched the following working day after 15pm. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email the same day. We do not have fixed times for dispatch!
No packages are shipped on Sundays and public holidays! We ask for your understanding and will endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
All our packages are sent with a tracking code so that you can track your shipment at any time and know exactly when it will be delivered. This allows you to plan reliably and gives you certainty about the status of your order at all times.
In rare cases, a package may not be delivered. If the tracking code does not show any updates after 7 days, please do not hesitate to inform us via the contact form. Do not forget to include your order number.
Once a package is marked as "delivered", it CANNOT be sent again! We ask for your understanding and are happy to answer any further questions you may have.
